The NordicTrack SL 710 exercise bike comes with 10 resistance settings that you can be set at the touch of a button, or you can opt for one of the eight workout programs, letting the NordicTrack bike guide you through your workout program. The bike is also iFIT® compatible, has a user weight capacity of 250lbs and has a CoolAire™ fan in the console to keep you cool.
The NordicTrack AudioRider 400 comes with 20 Personal Trainer workouts that automatically adjust the pace and resistance of the bike while you exercise. It also has a 300lb user capacity and you can plug your MP3 player into the console to listen to your favorite music while you work out.
