Models include the entry-level ProForm GT 30 upright bike ($150), ProForm GR 75 stationary bike ($150) and the higher spec ProForm GL 35 upright bike ($250). Despite being a low cost model, the GT30 includes a EKG™ Heart rate monitor in the handle grips and Competitor Controls offers pulse tracking, speed, time & calories. The more robust and feature-rich Proform GL 35 comes with EKG™ Grip Pulse training, four built-in workouts (2 Weight Loss, 1 Aerobic, 1 High Performance), plus the option of additional interactive workouts.

The biggest plus point of the Proform GL35 exercise bike is that it is fitted with iFIT.com™ technology. Not only does the Personal Training iFIT.com technology controls the resistance of your bike, the Interactive workouts can be sent right to your bike from iFIT.com or you can use a iFIT CD and Scenic Video workouts. All iFIT workouts include motivational music and the encouraging voice of a personal trainer.
